What is privacy policy?

POLICY AND PROCEDURES :

  • 1. Appeals policy and procedure :The Appeals policy is designed to protect the interests of all candidates and also to protect the integrity of the qualification.

Candidates have the right to appeal in the event that they are dissatisfied with the following:

  • The assessment decisions made by BRAMOSH GLOBAL INSTITUTE, where applicable
  • The assessment decisions made by the Awarding Organisation
  • The decision by BRAMOSH GLOBAL INSTITUTEnot to support an enquiry or appeal to the Awarding Organisation

A copy of the appeals procedure is available to all candidates. Issue must be solve between 6-12 months.

2. ASSESSMENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESS

MODERATION PROCEDURE

The moderation process focuses on assessment and quality assurance across the whole organisation and learner base. BRAMOSH GLOBAL INSTITUTE is required to have an assessment process and system that is:

  • Free from barriers which would restrict access and progression
  • Free from overt or covert discriminatory practices with regard to gender, race or creed (Service Equal Opportunities Policy applies in full)
  • Designed to pay due regard to the specific learning needs of individuals
  • Based on assessments of outcomes of learning, arrived at independently of any particular mode, duration, location or learning

Awarded based on valid and reliable assessments made in such a way as to ensure that performance to the national standards can be achieved at work

3. ASSESSMENT CENTRE MANAGEMENT PROCESS

BRAMOSH delivers relevant qualifications through its approved Assessment Centre.

4. Complaint – a grievance, problem, difficulty or concern

POLICY STATEMENT

BRAMOSH GLOBAL INSTITUTE recognises the importance of learner complaints and welcomes complaintsas a valuable form of feedback about its services. We are committed to using the information we receive to help drive forward improvements.

  1. Data Protection Act 2018 Policy

 Introduction

This Policy sets out the obligations of BRAMOSH GLOBAL INSTITUTE regarding data protection and the rights of customers and business contacts (“data subjects”) in respect of their personal data under Data Protection Act 2018.

6. Malpractice Policy

BRAMOSH GLOBAL INSTITUTEtreats all cases of suspected malpractice,  very seriously and will investigate all suspected and reported incidents of possible malpractice.

The purpose of this Policy and Procedure is to set out how allegations of malpractice in relation to all BRAMOSH GLOBAL INSTITUTEAssessment Centre and training events are dealt with.

POLICY STATEMENT

BRAMOSH GLOBAL INSTITUTE is committed to maintaining safe and healthy working conditions and

to preventing accidents and instances of work-related ill health by ensuring that all activities carried out on company premises or undertaken by its employees & learners are managed in such a manner so as to avoid, reduce or control all foreseeable risks to the health and safety of anyone who may be affected by such activities as far as is reasonably practicable.
