TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LEARNERS
This Learner Agreement (Terms and conditions ) is made and entered into between BRAMOSH GLOBAL INSTITUTE OPC PRIVATE LIMITED and the undersigned learner (“Learner”).
✅1. Purpose :
– Bramosh Global Institute OPC Private Limited provides a variety of internationally recognized health and safety courses, certifications, and qualifications. By signing this Agreement, the Learner acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein during their participation in any courses offered by the Institute.
✅ 2. Course Enrollment :
– The Learner agrees to enroll in specific courses offered by the Institute, subject to availability and fulfillment of prerequisites as outlined by the Institute.
✅ 3. Accreditation and Recognition :
– The Institute is accredited as an EOSH UK Accredited Centre, CPD UK Approved Training Provider, and European Network Education in Occupational Health and Safety (ENETOSH) Germany approved member. It is also ISO 9001:2015 Certified, registered under MSME, Indian Government, and holds a legal trade license. The Learner acknowledges and accepts the reputation and recognition associated with these accreditations.
✅ 4. Non-Refundable Course Fees :
– The Learner acknowledges that course fees are non-refundable for invalid reasons and agrees to adhere to the payment terms specified by the Institute for the selected course(s).
✅ 5. Understanding of Training, Facilities, and Course Completion :
– The Learner confirms they have understood the nature of the training, the facilities provided, and the process of course completion as described by the Institute.
✅ 6. Examination and Submission Deadlines :
– The Learner agrees to take examinations within the scheduled timeframe and to submit all required assignments or answers within the deadlines specified by the Institute.
✅ 7. Adherence to Registration Guidelines :
– The Learner must comply with the registration guidelines specified for their chosen course. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or exclusion from the course.
✅ 8. Course Completion Certificate :
– The Course Completion Certificate will be issued to the Learner only after they pass the course or qualification exam. The Institute will provide the Certificate within the timeframes set by the awarding body for the chosen course. Delivery time for the certificate may vary based on specific course requirements, but the Institute will ensure timely delivery within the guidelines provided by the awarding body.

✔️ I acknowledge and agree to Bramosh Global Institute OPC Private Limited’s terms and conditions, including the non-refundable course fees for invalid reasons and payment terms.
✔️ I understand the nature of the training, the facilities provided, and the process of course completion.
✔️ I commit to completing exams and assignments within the specified timeframes.
✔️ I will adhere to the registration guidelines, ensuring the accuracy of the provided information.
✔️ I recognize the importance of providing accurate details during admission and agree to contact the Institute within 5 days for necessary changes.
✔️ My participation is subject to these terms, which I agree to follow.
The Learner is confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Learner terms and conditions.
